SESSION FOUR: ELITE U13-14
NOTE: Session One: Elite U13 has been added to this session
Age Class: Girls going into grades 7-8 or younger
Dates: Monday, August 24 - Friday, August 28, 2020
Time: 6:00pm-8:00pm.
Venue: Sturgeon Heights Community Centre, 210 Rita Ave.

Coaches: Head Coach Luc Tremblay and other Manitoba certified coaches provided by VISION Elite Volleyball Club.

Details: The focus of this camp will be on the fundamentals of the game. These will be high-repetition drills designed to encourage strong discipline in the sound execution of the skills required to succeed in the sport.

Maximum of 24 athletes.

SESSION FIVE: ELITE U15
Age Class: Girls going into grade 9
Dates: Monday, August 24 - Friday, August 28, 2020
Time: 8:00pm-10:00pm.
Venue: Sturgeon Heights Community Centre, 210 Rita Ave. 

Coaches: Head Coach Luc Tremblay and other Manitoba certified coaches provided by VISION Elite Volleyball Club.

Details: Designed for the experienced club player, the focus of the camp will be to introduce advanced progressions of the required skill of volleyball to prepare participants for the next stage of development.
