Chris Wingfield, Club Director

Responsible for VISION Elite Volleyball Club. A parent complaint or concern can be directed at Chris only after they have been taken to the team (Coach, instructor, team manager and parent advocate). If the team fails to resolve the issue a parent may escalate the complaint by bringing it to his attention. Our communication policy requires all complaints be formally addressed by the team before bringing it to the Executive. 

Luc Tremblay, Head Coach

Responsible for the Selection and Training of program instructors and coaches. Parents e-mailing Luc with program complaints will be re-directed back to their team staff/volunteers. Any parent wanting to file a formal Incident Report against a coach or instructor can contact Luc directly for details on how to access and submit the required report.
