These camps are conducted by experienced VISION and Warriors Volleyball Club instructors designed to challenge participants. The objective of the camps is to help guide parents and athletes to the program that will best suite their individual needs. Parents are encouraged to approach instructors and ask as many questions as they wish. 

Camps are always fun and are a great opportunity to receive excellent technical training at your convenience, so be sure to take advantage of this opportunity!

Day camps are exclusively available during the summer season. These are skills camps designed to review the fundamentals of the game and are conducted by experienced VISION and Warriors Volleyball Club coaches.

Athletes are assigned to a coach early on Monday morning and train as a team during the week with everyone participating in a camp tournament on Friday afternoons. 

Drills are always followed by games with excellent technical training!

Skills Camps are available year-round and are focused on the beginner-intermediate athlete looking for technical training to develop strong fundamentals. Camps may be co-ed or specific to boys or girls.

Everyone participates in skill development drills and competitive games. These sessions are designed to ensure the development of sound fundamentals while avoiding and eliminating poor habits.

The nature of the drills at VISION Skills Camps involves high repetition with a focus on avoiding bad habits. Those athletes interested in reviewing their fundamentals while learning basic team tactics and strategy will find these camps rewarding.

In brief, we strongly believe our camps offer the best technical instruction in the province. These are high intensity, fast-paced camps with certified club volleyball coaches.

Elite Camps are available to boys and girls from 13-17 years of age. These are available in the Summer and Fall only and are focused on the intermediate-advanced athlete looking for specialized training to get their game to the next level. Camps may be co-ed or specific to boys or girls.

These camps are conducted by experienced VISION Elite and Warriors Volleyball Club instructors designed to challenge participants. The objective of the camp is to produce fast-paced sessions in which everyone is engaged in the drills.

This is an excellent opportunity for athletes considering club volleyball to come out and meet our coaching staff and other athletes also interested in pursuing club volleyball. Come out and see for yourself why our program is the very best place in Winnipeg for technical training. 

The nature of the drills at VISION Elite camps also changes with more contacts and coach attention for every athlete. Those interested in participating should understand they must already have a strong background in the sport before attending. The focus of the camp is to fine-tune skills, introduce athletes to advanced skill progression, and team tactics; not establish fundamentals.

Elite Camps are held in the Summer and Fall with most athletes participating in club volleyball during the Winter and Spring.

Positional Camps are available to boys and girls from 13-17 years of age. They are only available in the Summer and Fall and are focused on the intermediate-advanced athlete looking for specialized training to get their game to the next level. Camps may be co-ed or specific to boys or girls.

VISION/WARRIORS Positional Camps are designed for athletes who are participating in club volleyball. These are limited to a max. of 20 athletes per court. Each court will have a minimum of two coaches. The coach-athlete ratio is therefore at least one coach for every 10-12 athletes. 

The camp will deliver the best technical training available in the province and participating athletes will develop a better understanding of the technical requirements of the desired position along with game situation review.

Positional Camps are held in the Summer and Fall with most athletes participating in club volleyball during the Winter and Spring.

Private and small group lessons are available to boys and girls from 13-17 years of age. They are available year-round with. number of our VISION Elite and WARRIORS Volleyball Club coaches.

These start with an evaluation of the athlete(s) technical proficiency and will look to introduce the athlete to exercises they can perform at home to develop strong fundamentals. 

Camps are held at local community centres with the athlete paying for the facility rental and coach's honorarium. With that, we would suggest athletes interested in personal coaching consider organizing into small groups of 3-4. Doing so will be far more affordable, but also more fun for participants. 

These camps will deliver some of the best technical training available in the province and participating athletes will develop a better understanding of the technical requirements of the sport and their deserted position.

Athletes interested in personal lessons will be required to pre-purchase a minimum of four sessions and these can be held over a two-week or four-week schedule.

Teams practice once per week and play matches on Sunday afternoons. The season ends with a Championship Tournament in late March. There are several practice venues around the city and teams play in one of three Divisions. Each team is assigned an instructor who is responsible for running practices and overseeing the training of the athletes. A parent coach is required to coach the team during games as the instructor does not attend competition. Coach mentors are also available at games to help parents with systems of play.

VISION offers two volleyball club programs for girls and guarantees every athlete a place to play. TRYOUTS start December 09, 2023. Season runs from January - May.

VISION ELITE VOLLEYBALL CLUB
Is the high-performance program. Teams are limited to two per age class: VISION Elite Black and VISION Elite Blue. All Black teams are trained by the Program Head Coach, Luc Tremblay. All VISION Elite teams are assigned a coaching staff of two coaches along with supervision by the Head Coach. These are travel teams that practice 3-4 times per week and compete at Provincials in April and National Championships in May.
VISION Elite teams have earned 44 Provincial Championship medals and three National Championships along with numerous top five finishes.

VISION VOLLEYBALL CLUB
The program is divided into VISION East, West and Central teams. VISION teams are assigned one coach who will require a parent assistant coach to ensure practices and games go ahead without interruption should the coach be ill or otherwise unavailable. Teams practice twice per week in their area of the city and compete in three local tournaments. Season runs from January - April.
